Terms of Service Agreement

We reserve the right to refuse any advertising material not meeting our high standards. Adult-related, pornographic, or illegal materials are NOT permitted in Partners4Wealth.com mailings.

These mailings are NOT guaranteed in any way to achieve a predetermined percentage of results. Results vary according to area, product advertised, demographics, and the interest of the recipients. Any examples given on this site are for illustration purposes only and do not represent or guarantee the success you may or may not have with your mailing.

Partners4Wealth.com does not give anyone permission to use, mention, or display our business name, website link, email address, phone number or any other information that may be protected under trademark and/or copyright laws in any email message.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Credit Card payment that is returned unpaid for any reason puts Customer in immediate default and is subject to a returned charge of $25. Additionally, all returned credit card payments are subject to collection agency activity and negative credit bureau reporting.

I also understand that I (customer) will be liable for all collection agency and/or attorney fees borne by Partners4Wealth.com if my account goes to collection. Company has the right to refuse user's order if company deems it inappropriate. User is an authorized owner or representative of the product, advertisement, company, entity, or group stated herein.

Company, its employees, dealers, and distributors will not be held liable for any claims User represents in any advertisement. All advertisement must comply with any and all applicable local, state and U.S. federal laws. User assumes all risks and liabilites regarding the use of, inability to use or results of the use of Partners4Wealth.com's products, merchandise or services. All duly executed facsimile copies and on-line payment and ordering services are fully binding under any and all applicable laws and points as specified within this agreement. There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.
